Effects
Thermal pollution can effect the salinity of water. The hotter the temperature gets, the more harmful the effect is on organisms. Organisms such as fish, plants, algae, and even humans. Since the water heats up, there is less oxygen. Oxygen tends to thrive better in colder water. If there is less oxygen, fish will die, plants will die and algae will die. Then, humans are affected because there is less oxygen being produced and ultimately causes less oxygen to be consumed.
